Sygma is a Belgium-based engineering company specialized in on-site machining, bolting solutions, and high-performance industrial tooling.
What began in 1996 as a small industrial service organization has evolved into a global OEM with a clear and focused mission. In 2008, we developed our first product — a significant milestone that marked our transition from service provider to manufacturer.

Today, we are dedicated to reducing downtime, increasing safety, and supporting our customers in the most demanding industrial environments worldwide.

Our equipment is used every day in the oil & gas sector, power generation, petrochemical plants, offshore projects, and heavy industry.
But behind every machine is one essential element: the people who operate it.

That’s why we design with reliability, simplicity, and practical efficiency at the core.

Our Story

From service provider to OEM, our roots lie in real field experience. Before designing machines, we used them daily, understanding exactly where improvements were needed. This insight led to our first designs and a complete portfolio of flange facers, milling machines, portable systems, torque and tensioning tools, and custom solutions. Every Sygma machine transforms experience into performance.

Our CNC department operates a modern and versatile machine park consisting of 8 CNC turning centers and 7 CNC milling machines, including advanced 5-axis machining centers and robotic automation systems.

All Sygma logos and machine markings are laser-engraved in-house using our TruMark Station 5000.
This guarantees permanent identification, precision branding and full quality control.

Our metal cases are fully laser-processed in-house within our dedicated welding department.
Using advanced laser cutting technology, we ensure exceptional precision, clean edges, and consistent quality across every production batch.

Our Welding Department handles all heavy-duty fabrication with precision and strength. From structural frames to custom components, every weld is executed to exact specifications and inspected to ensure durability and long-lasting performance.

Assembly Department

Our assembly department integrates mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical components into fully functional machines.

Quality Department

Our Quality Department ensures every machine meets the highest standards. Each unit undergoes load testing, functional validation, and final inspections to guarantee reliability and performance in real-world conditions.
